What We Did
- Review designs, rate them, pick favourites and leave notes, with a live ranking that updates as you go.
- Preview the launch plan: the newsletter, the emails, and how they fit together.
- Everyone sees changes live, images can be uploaded, and the whole review exports in one click.
How We Approached It
- Treated “reviewing the collection” and “selling the collection” as two views of the same thing.
- Made the favourites picked during review flow straight into the launch emails.
- Kept everyone’s screen in sync live, and kept the admin controls safely locked down.
Observations & Takeaways
- Reviewing the work and selling the work are really the same job, so we built one tool that does both.
- Designing it to be reused from day one is what turned it into a real product.
