What We Did
- Plan each leg of the trip with a live budget: what’s expected, what’s committed, and what’s actually been spent.
- Keep meetings, bookings and packing organised, and review the risks each week.
- Give each person the right level of access to one shared, always-current plan.
How We Approached It
- Kept one shared plan that everyone sees, so no two people ever end up with different versions.
- Separated “the plan”, “what’s booked”, and “what could go wrong”, so nothing slips through.
Observations & Takeaways
- Travelling as a team is about everyone sharing the same up-to-date plan, not just having a checklist.
